Mold Remediation in Willowbrook

SERVPRO was hired to inspect a room for mold infestation in this administrative facility in Willowbrook after rainwater had leaked in from the roof. This room contained double layer drywall inside and out, and mold was found in between each layer. Mold remediation protocols were created by our indoor environmental professional based on our findings. This involved setting up plastic containment around the room’s entrance with an air scrubber to prevent mold spores from escaping into the rest of the facility. Affected drywall and carpeting were then removed, followed by HEPA vacuuming and wiping all horizontal surfaces with an antimicrobial agent. After work was completed, a post-remediation verification was performed, which showed mold remediation was adequately performed.

Officer Keith Endres has been in service for a little over three years, and already he has demonstrated a strong willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.
