Basement Mold Remediation After a Flood in Itasca

A severely flooded basement in this property in Itasca resulted in damaged drywall, wet belongings, and as you can see in the before photo, mold damage. This was an extensive job that required the removal of drywall, determining what contents could be salvaged, throwing away what couldn't be salvaged, and mold remediation. Fortunately, no job is too big or too small for our technicians. After all affected materials were removed, the area was thoroughly cleaned with antimicrobial spray to make sure even the smallest trace of mold was eradicated. Fans and dehumidifiers were then set up to prevent moisture from lingering in the air. Within three days, the basement was completely dry, much to the delight of the homeowner.
